Q do I need planning permission?

A We are trying to build your garden room following size and clearances that do not fall under building/planning permission However you can check in advance, based on your needs, if your garden room requires one https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/permitted-development-rights-for-householders-technical-guidance

Q can I use it all year round?

A yes, we build it that way. ready to use no matter the weather

Q How long does it take to build?

A Duration on site depends very much on size and finishes. However we intend to get it done within 2 weeks

Q does the site needs to be cleared before building starts?

A the site needs to be accessible in order for the ground works to take place. We need to be able to install the ground screws or alternative foundation. But don’t worry, we can do that for you

As soon as we have your decision, and agreed upon how your personal g Room Will look like,it will be:

READY

- We make our arrangements for the START

- we prepare a simple order/deposit form for you to approve/ sign

- at this stage the payment received is 30% of the total value

STEADY

- at the start of the actual installation process we will require 50% of the total value

GO

- finally, when you are happy with your personalised gROOM the rest of 20% is payable
