On the inside we usually use a standard plasterboard finish

On the outside we recommend composite cladding, available in a choice of colours. It keeps its fresh appearance, maintenance free

Roofing- 100% waterproof consisting of SIP panels fitted in slope for water runoff, covered in special synthetic rubber sheet (EPDM) with 25 years warranty/ meant to last for 70

Doors & windows- double upvc french door as standard

Ground works- our standard approach on building the base of your garden room is ground screws

a solid and eco friendly method of support to last throughout the years (25 years manufacturer guarantee).

In some cases, where ground screws cannot be used due to underground ran services for instance, we will have to pour a concrete slab base . These works will require an extra few days, for the concrete to set and be suitable for building the actual base frame

Installation of your garden room normally takes 3-5 days and will result in a solid watertight structure, ready for interior/ exterior finishing works. We aim to minimise time and disruption on site and complete all the works as fast as possible, usually 7-10 days
